Well he prolly has a stomach virus and that can be treated with antibiotics or just plenty of water. Drink about twice the amount of recommended water and don’t eat anything too strone. Chicken soup or at least a bowl of warm milk with bread would do the trick. Rest for 1-2 days and you should be good!

Or he just has food poisoning and that could be treated (more like relif) with just antidiahoreal Medicine. Beware of the food he ate (most likely raw or not processed correctly). Just plenty of rest and water.

Water cures everything And sleep. I suggest of course going to a doctor but at the very least water and rest. Also orange juice, they give you energy boosts and boost your appetite. If hungry eat, don;t eat too much or he’’d throw up.
