Which of these is an example of ethos?
11111nata11111 [884]
I think first sentence and last two. The first one is appealing to a pet owner's feelings of wanting to be a good pet owner and the merchant is using that to persuade them to buy the biscuits. The last two sentences are appealing to a person's feelings of loneliness or being left out and using that to convince you to buy a pool. They both appeal to people's emotions in order to persuade them towards action, that's what it means to use pathos.

What is the meaning of the imagery in these lines?
Tema [17]

Answer:

C). The cat’s eyes change just as the moon does.

'Imagery' is described as the figurative device in which the author provides lucid and evocative details/descriptions regarding an idea, situation, or object that helps the reader form mental images.'

In the poem titled "The Cat and the Moon," the poet compares the Moon to the Cat.

Through the use of imagery, the author allows the readers to visualize the way in which the eyes of the cats change by imagining the phases of the moon 'from round to crescent.'

Thus, option C is the correct answer.
