'Restart' is a novel about a thirteen-year old boy named Chase Ambrose and his chance to change his life after he met with an accident. It is penned by Gordon Korman.

Chapter twenty-four of the novel is narrated by Brendan Espinoza. In this chapter Brendan tells how after Chase went away from his video club also made Kimberly go away from him. In this account the readers get to know  that Brendan holds feelings for Kimberly and how much he miss Chase in his video club. While trying to shoot a video he finds his camera's memory full and to his surprise he realized that Kimberly left the camera on and never turned it off. While he was looking at the video he got a evidence of Aaron and Bear's attack on Kimberly and Chase. He then asks Chase, Shoshanna, Joel, and Kimberly to meet at his house the next morning at 10 AM.
