y= 680+50x--------------1

The total amount for x number of weeks will be

y= 950+20x-------------2

Step two:

equating the two equations above we have'

680+50x= 950+20x

solve for x

680-950=20x-50x

-270= -30x

divide both sides by -30

x= -270/-30

x=9 weeks
