On 1 just say yes but if you need to put it in paragraph form then say that region one has a wide range and some are more and some or less. (or something like that, you can tell because it overlaps)

Yes- 1 has a wider range (base it off of that) say something ab the range and median
No- they both have steal and they overlap. They have to be similar bc they r the same thing.
