Answer: Supremacy Clause of the Constitution

Explanation:

Federal law is superior to State Law and this is enshrined in the Constitution by the Supremacy Clause which essentially states that the Constitution and Federal laws are the highest law of the land and state laws or constitutions cannot violate them.

If there is a conflict between the Constitution and state law, the Constitution takes precedence and if there is uncertainty as to whether there is a conflict, Federal courts can be approached all the way to the Supreme Court.

The ways that Jefferson Davis' inaugural address reflected the points made in South Carolina Ordinance is that, as the president of the Confederate States of America, he addresses about the Confederate States of America and their true meaning and he also argued that separation from the Union was a "necessity, not a choice." Hope this helps.

1. What law placed controls on foods and medicines in the early 1900s?
ki77a [65]
It would be the Pure food and Drug Act. The main purpose of the Pure Food and Drug Act of 1906 was to ban foreign and interstate traffic in adulterated or mislabeled food and drug products, it led to the creation of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The Dawes Act of 1887 authorized the President of the United States to survey American Indian tribal land and divide it into allotments for individual Indians. Those who accepted allotments and lived separately from the tribe would be granted United States citizenship. There is no such thing as The Federal Medication Act or the Federal Drug Administration.
