The speaker is appreciative of people who are free thinkers. The speaker prefers people who are reliable and easy to control. The speaker strives to dominate any partner with whom she has a relationship. The speaker has overcome the resistance of a partner who has never loved before.

<span>The speaker explains about his or her partners innocent love towards him which has a divine love and affection. It didn't mean that the partner has loved anyone before but its an explanation of pure love which the speaker experience or received from his partner. Eternal love is expressed by the speaker which he explains as untamed heart.</span>

The correct answer here is the third one. The whole stanza is about the romantic conquests of the narrator and this line in particular means that he dominated and conquered the objects of his desire. "To hand' in this instance means to subjugate, or dominate, to bring under control which reveals the meaning of this line.
