Y=mx+b
m=slope
b=y intercept or where the line crosses the y axis

we see it crosses at y=3
so we have to have
y=mx+3
either A or C
slope=rise/run
it goes up 1 and runs 2
1/2

y=1/2x+3
or you can pick a point and subsitute into any equation

answer is C

Ok, so the best way to start off solving this would be to find the y intercept.
The y intercept is the point that y is on when x is at 0

So when x (the horizontal axis, left to right) is at 0 the y axis (vertical axis, top to bottom) is at 3
That gives this equation a y intercept of 3, and because it is positive it will be plus 3

next we'll solve for the slope, the slope can be found using them formula (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

We can use any two points on the line. So we'll use the points; (0,3) and (2,4)

So we plug these points into the equation, and the equation looks like...
(4-3)/(2-0)

So 4-3= 1
and 2-0=2
We set the slope up in rise (y) over run (x)
So the slope is 1/2
1/2 is equivalent to half.
So the slope of the line is .5x or 1/2x
with a y intercept of 3

So the equation would look like
y=.5x+3
or
y=1/2x+3

Answer choice C matches the equation that we got.

So your answer is C

Simplify and write without negative exponents
Inessa05 [86]
\bf \left( \cfrac{3x^{\frac{3}{2}}y^3}{x^2y^{-\frac{1}{2}}} \right)^{-2}\implies \left( \cfrac{3y^3y^{\frac{1}{2}}}{x^2x^{-\frac{3}{2}}} \right)^{-2}\implies
\left( \cfrac{3y^{3+\frac{1}{2}}}{x^{2-\frac{3}{2}}} \right)^{-2}\implies \left( \cfrac{3y^{\frac{7}{2}}}{x^{\frac{1}{2}}} \right)^{-2}
\\\\\\
\left( \cfrac{x^{\frac{1}{2}}}{3y^{\frac{7}{2}}} \right)^{+2}\implies \cfrac{x^{\frac{1}{2}\cdot 2}}{3^2y^{\frac{7}{2}\cdot 2}}\implies \cfrac{x^1}{9y^7}\implies \cfrac{x}{9y^7}
