Answer: There are many times within my life emotions have clouded my judgement. When I become angered or upset I can act upon them only, in turn saying something or doing something regrettable. There are arguments I've had with friends, family, and even strangers simply because I was caught a bad time. It seemed cruel, but when I finally calm down I can apologize for my actions.

When Samara came up with the idea of creating a new park she didn't know anything about how she would come up with an idea and presenting it to the zoning board.

Part B:

What I said above is what the answer is to Part B. If Samara wouldn't have gone to the library to learn how you would present an idea to the zoning board she would have never been able to create the park at all.

The lack of deadlines besides when the course is over tends to lead to extreme procrastination until the last day of the online course, in my experience anyway lol.
Lack of supervision can be an obstacle as well, if you have low motivation to work.
