Fix the sentence by following the apostrophe rule. A. The books story was pretty exciting, even though its cover was not. / B. T
diamong [38]
The sentence that follows the correct apostrophe rule is option C. The book's story was pretty exciting, even though its cover was not. The correct placement of the apostrophe should be on the word "book's" because it shows ownership, which means "the story of the book". The word "its" should not have an apostrophe because "it's" is the shorter term for "it is".

What are two things to remember when writing theme<br> statements?
pogonyaev

Answer:

1. Include hooks and details to keep the reader wanting more and more of your content.

2. Use sensory details in your statement.

Example of sensory details in statement: I place a bite of the baked mac and cheese in my mouth and a bomb of flavor bursted in my mouth. Gooey, melty, warm cheese with pepper on top felt like heaven as it hit my tongue.

Reading about the mac and cheese might make you want some of it right then and there on the spot. That's how you know you made the reader want more and put good sensory details.

Explanation:

I hope this helps! :D
