Yes, there was large economic growth after World War II.

Explanation:

One of the main reasons the economy grew after World War II was because many people were spending money. During the war, soldiers were being paid for their work. Women who were working in factories were as well, but neither of them were really spending their money. Many people simply decided to save their money, but after the war, many started spending it.

Industrialization was booming as well. The factories that were strictly only selling war goods during the war had now changed back to consumer products such as cars and radios. With the amount of money people had saved up and the industries now pushing out consumer goods again, many people were buying new products.

The Creek living in Georgia obtained resources by the selling of slaves and also through doing businesses such as sales of deerskins and fur.

When these items are shipped to England, the Creeks would be paid with resources such as clothes, guns and rum.

The Creek were an Indian group that lived on the Ochese creek. While their women did farm work like cultivation and planting, the men were responsible for hunting and also defending their territories.
