Marissa is conducting an experiment in which she needs to test for acids in water. She is using a substance she believes will tu

rn green when put into different acid solutions. She finds that sometimes the substance turns green but other times it does not. Marissa wants to use this substance in her experiments, but it must consistently turn green in the presence of acid. Which approach should she take to solve her problem?

Answer: she wants the water to turn green and green is neutral on the PH scale. If the water is turning acidic she might want to add a bit of baking soda to balance out the acidity with a bit of alkaline. Minerals can balance acid. If the water is too much of a base she may consider adding something a little acidic to balance it.

Explanation: the science of PH balancing

A cloud directly above you is about 10° across. From the weather report, you know that the cloud is at an altitude of 2200 m. Ho
Vikentia [17]

The width of the cloud is : 384 m

<u>Given data :</u>

Cloud altitude = 2200 m

Temperature = 10°

<h3></h3><h3>Determine how wide the cloud is </h3>

applying the equation below

I = d(\frac{\alpha }{57.3})

where : I = linear size , d = 2200 m ,  \alpha  = 10^{o}

therefore :

I = 2200 ( 10 / 57.3 )

 = 383.94 m

 ≈ 384 m

Hence we can conclude that the width of the cloud is : 384 m

<h2>D </h2>

Explanation:

1.  The Golgi apparatus is also called as Golgi complex or Golgi bodies.

2.  Golgi apparatus works as the cell's post office.

3. Functions of  Golgi apparatus:  it plays major function is the modifying, sorting and packaging of proteins for secretion, as proteins transport from ER to Golgi complex and in Golgi they further go modification.

- It is also functions in the transport of lipids around the cell.

1. Which aspects of soil do you think are easiest to change? Which are more difficult
Serggg [28]
Difficult to change - nutrients! crops won’t grow on soil that has had all of the nutrients used up. example: after growing corn in the same place for 50 years, corn will not grow anymore because all of the nutrients it needs to grow will no longer be in the soil

dna is the nucleuse carries the gentic code for making ribisome in the diagram c is the process by which dna code
NISA [10]

Answer:

mRNA

Explanation:

The mRNA interacts with a specialized complex called a ribosome, which "reads" the sequence of mRNA nucleotides. Each sequence of three nucleotides, called a codon, usually codes for one particular amino acid. (Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins
