Foundations that helped me in Orchestra were 1. keeping your elbow at an right elbow, 2. keep the bow flat on strings at all times, 3. keep the bow in the middle and 4. just make sure you hold the bow correctly! :) The way you hold the bow respresents how much pressure and angle.
