Dear Jack,

I am writing this letter because I appreciate you, and you need to know that there is an impostor amongst the crew. I did not want to do this without being sure, but now that I am, the right thing to do is to inform you.

First of all, I will tell you the name of the traitor, Bob. The short man with a missing tooth and bald head. I saw him taking gold from your bedroom. Then I followed him and saw how he gave it to your enemy William. I could not see all that he took, but I am sure that five ingots are missing. Also, a golden crown and a pearl necklace are missing. I know that he is working for William because I heard them talk, and Bob told him that more of this would come next week.

It can happen again, after all, you have done for him!. You should keep an eye on him and caught him. He should be punished since he is a traitor, and you gave him a good share of the treasure to be acting this way. I have to go now, but I hope that you can stop Bob's business.
