Nuestra comunidad global
El mundo está cambiando. Los habitantes de los países más desarrollados tienen cada vez más conciencia de que la solución para problemas globales como el hambre, el abuso de los derechos humanos o la explotación de niños y mujeres no puede dejarse solamente en manos del gobierno. Cada persona puede hacer algo para mejorar la vida en nuestro planeta a través de su participación en algunas ONG (organizaciones no gubernamentales) y otros grupos humanitarios y sobre todo a través de la presión a los gobiernos para que actúen en beneficio común, y no en beneficio de unos pocos.
El voluntariado es más fuerte y más vital cada día. Los resultados son esperanzadores y creo que nuestro futuro es mucho mejor de lo anunciado por las predicciones pesimistas de algunos pensadores e investigadores. La educación en valores solidarios se está extendiendo y parece que estamos empezando a reaccionar a tiempo. Debemos hacer algo ahora, para que nuestros hijos puedan disfrutar de una vida más digna para todos.

Our global community
The world is changing. The inhabitants of the most developed countries are increasingly aware that the solution to global problems such as hunger, the abuse of human rights or the exploitation of children and women cannot be left solely to the government. Each person can do something to improve life on our planet through their participation in some NGOs (non-governmental organizations) and other humanitarian groups and above all through pressure on governments to act for the common benefit, and not in benefit of a few.
Volunteering is stronger and more vital every day. The results are encouraging and I think that our future is much better than announced by the pessimistic predictions of some thinkers and researchers. Solidarity values education is spreading and it seems that we are beginning to react in time. We must do something now, so that our children can enjoy a more dignified life for all.
