Which of the following describes how Diocletian affected the Roman Empire?
Kamila [148]
"He built a second capital in the East, which led to the division of the Empire" would be the best way to describe how Diocletian affected the Roman Empire, since it had grown to a state where managing it under a single entity was too difficult.

To what extend did the republic recover after 1923 under stressmann
MrRa [10]

Answer:

Stresemann was a politician of the Weimar republic after Ebert. When Stresemann came into power, Germany was still under the influence of the effects of the treaty of Versailles. Germany was in economic peril, owing 6600 million pounds to the victors of the First World War, militarily crippled as the armed forces were reduced to only 100,000 men and no battleships, no armored vehicles and no aircraft or submarines as well as no troops in the Rhineland. The war guilt clause, article 231, also left Germany hating the allies and the treaty of Versailles as they thought it was unfair. Stresemann entered Germany when it was in a state of peril, however, one could argue that his successes outweighed his limitations and he was very significant in the recovery of Germany after 1923 until his death in 1929.

hope this helps

muminat

Answer:

Correct Answer:

The impeachment of Johnson led to the creation of Black Codes, which made Reconstruction era laws irrelevant.

Explanation:

After the war between the Unionist and the Confederates, the Abraham Lincoln regime tried to readmit the Southerners into the Union of America as well as toreconstruct and rebuild the southern states through his Reconstruction policy.

Its success was greatly impacted after his death through series of actions by the Southerners. One of them was the passing of the Black Codes which was done inorder to restrict African Americans' freedom, and to compel them to work for low wages.

Others include the imposition of voter qualifications, and allowed the sharecropping system to thrive, ensuring that the standard of living did not improve for freed slaves
