Arturiano [62]

Question Options:

A)Montreal

B)Quebec City

C)Ottawa

D)Gatineau

Answer: Quebec City.

Explanation: Quebec city sits on the Saint Lawrence River in Eastern Canada. This area is the site of the towering Château Frontenac Hotel and imposing Citadelle of Québec.

The city was originally named Kébec, an Algonquin word meaning "where the river narrows", because the Saint Lawrence River narrows proximate to the promontory of Quebec and its Cape Diamant.

The city is divided into Upper Town and Lower Town.
