Diversity in the workplace can be both beneficial and negative. Diversity in a workplace can bring interest and benefits in a job setting. Meanwhile, some people can feel that diversity doesn’t belong in the workplace or that a job is specified to one gender, race, or religion.

A good thing cause then there is different opinions and beliefs and it can enlighten people to see further than they did and the workshop might grow
