When you say ROTC, it means recruitment of members to act professionally like a military member. And all the members before gives their heart and whole dedication as a member of ROTC.
ROTC this days were adopted by universities as training for the students. However, students did not realize the value of it and take it unserious. They just thought that ROTC is just a school course and nothing to do with anything important.</span>
