The New World inhabited with Native Indians, but after Christopher Columbus discovered America, there was a beginning of the Colombian Exchange. New plants and animals introduced in the New World. The discovery of a new region with resources changed the trade between Europe and the New World. New land and gold led to rumours that influenced riches to procure from there. Many adventurous and ambitious men from Spain began to leave their homeland for land. The European brought diseases that led to the decline of the Native American cultures. The Native Americans die because of chickenpox, smallpox, measles, cholera, scarlet fever, malaria, etc.
