Answer:

\boxed {\boxed {\sf B. \ Minutemen}}

Explanation:

During and before the American Revolution, there was a mandatory militia in Massachusetts.

However, some colonists formed and trained their own militias to fight the British. These volunteer soldiers would be ready in a moment or minute's notice, so they were given the name minutemen. They were required to always have weapons and supplies with them so they could quickly respond to any threats.

under what amendment do you have the right to know the changes brought against you and to question witness who bring evidence ag
valina [46]

The 6th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution sets out many rights for defendants during a criminal prosecution, including the right of the accused to confront their accusers. The relevant text of the Confrontation Clause of the 6th Amendment reads as follows: In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to be confronted with the witnesses against him.

The 14th Amendment has made the 6th Amendment's right to confrontation applicable to state court as well as federal court.

The confrontation clause guarantees criminal defendants the opportunity to face the prosecution's witnesses in the case against them and dispute the witnesses' testimony. This guarantee applies to both statements made in court and statements made outside of court that are offered as evidence during trial.

What did the supreme court say in its plessy v. ferguson decision?
Novay_Z [31]

In Plessy v Ferguson (1896), the Supreme Court upheld the legality of segregated public facilities based upon race.

This led to the policy of "separate but equal" which meant that throughout the United States, public and private organizations were able disallow people of color from schools and bathrooms as long as they had separate facilities for people of color.
