What is the two differences between mecklenburg and declaration?

Mecklenburg Resolves demand independence for themselves whereas the Declaration of Independence demands independence for all.

Mecklenburg Resolves wrote it themselves whereas the Declaration of Independence was written by one person, but everyone made it up and signed it.
