My mom gave me a Kool Action game for my birthday on October 27, 2010, and I was SO excited. When I opened it, I could see that

parts were missing, so we went back to the store and tried to return it. They said tough luck and wouldn't even talk to us. Now, I'm writing to you to try and get my money back so I can get something else for my birthday that actually works. Mom said it cost $109.99, but we spent a lot of time trying to get it returned, so I think you should send me at leat $125.00. Besides, it was for my birthday!

Answer:

The answer is D.

Explanation:

Now some millmen want to cut all the Calaveras trees into lumber and money. But we have found a better use for them. No doubt these trees would make good lumber after passing through a sawmill, as George Washington after passing through the hands of a French cook would have made good food. But both for Washington and the tree that bears his name higher uses have been found.
