Answer: Right to a trial by jury.

Explanation: The first amendment is "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances". So, the first amendment does protect the right to practice any religion, it does protect the right of a peaceful protest, it does protect the right of individuals but <em>it does not protect the right to trial by jury</em>.
