I can help with the first attatchment. i cant quite see all of the problems, so I'll just tell you the easiest way to find the answers. also, I'll use f as a example.

Step-by-step explanation:

1.) the ratio 8:10 is basically saying "I have eight of these out of 10"

therefore,

the fraction version is the exact same thing. 8/10

(make sure to simplify if the problem asks for you to simplify)

2.) for percent, think if it like this;

8:10 is saying "eight out of 10"

and a percent is ___ out of 100

so.. to turn 8:10 to a percent, multiply the 10 by 10, that way, you will get 100. and then multiply the 8 by 10 as well. 8×10=80. so, the new way to write it is 80:100

now, 80:100 is saying "eighty out of one hundred"

just like how a % is saying "___ out of 100"

so, 8:10 = 80:10 = 80%

3.) for decimal version, think if it this way;

8:10 is just saying "eight out of 10" and the way to write "eight out of 10" as a fraction is 8/10.

and the proper way to say that fraction, 8/10 is "eight tenths"

and you write "eight tenths" as .8 in decimal form

so, 8:10 is .8 in decimal form

\frac{3.1 \times  {10}^{17} }{6.3 \times  {10}^{11} }  =  \frac{3.1}{6.3}  \times  \frac{ {10}^{17} }{ {10}^{11} }  \\  = 0.492 \times  {10}^{17 - 11}  \\  = 0.492 \times  {10}^{6}  \\  = 4.92 \times  {10}^{5}
