Can someone tell me, do European Portuguese speakers say "certa" for "sure", or is that only the Brazilian word? How do European Portuguese say "sure"?

is only a brazilian word. Im Chilen and my first language is spanish. Here we say ''Cierto'' and it means the same. they are similar languages
