I Assume I'm supposed to translate it so here:

1. Why did Summer say it would be hard to get a newspaper where she was?-

<em>Pourquoi Summer a-t-elle dit qu'il serait difficile d'avoir un journal là où elle était?</em>

2. She was in a country where there were no newspapers.

<em>Elle était dans un pays où il n'y avait pas de journaux</em>

3.She couldn't find a newspaper in a language she could read.

<em>Elle ne pouvait pas trouver de journal dans une langue qu'elle pouvait lire</em>

4.O It was the middle of the night and she didn't want to go out.

The Language is french. A rough translation would be "<span>Who are you? I was born of sand and sea, I grew up with iron and steel". that would be my best guess as to what that translates to. I'm not fantastic at french but I took it a few years. good luck</span>
