Answer: See explanation

Explanation:

Opportunity cost is what one forgoes when we choose a different alternative. Due to the scarcity of resources, we all have choices to make.

For example, if one is faced with a choice of either spending a certain amount of money on buying a book or going to the cinema. If the person eventually buys a book, then the opportunity cost is the cost of the movie not seen and the enjoyment that's comes with going to the cinema.

Consumer research, product development, communication, distribution, pricing, and service are all core ________ activities.
Marianna [84]

Core marketing activities involve customer research, product development, communication, distribution, pricing, and service.

Marketing activities involve all those activities that are carried out from searching for the customer to the goods reaching the hands of the customer. Even after the goods reach the customer the marketing activity does not stop. The marketing activity involves even providing service to the customer which is known as after-sale service.

The first step of marketing goods is searching for the customer who will buy the goods from us. So this involves doing research on the customers. After the research is carried out the product needs to be developed according to the needs of the customer. During and after the product is ready for marketing communication needs to be carried out with the customer.

After the goods are ready to be delivered the distribution process needs to be studied. The distribution process is the process of how the goods are going to reach the hands of the customer. After analyzing how the goods will be sold to the customers the pricing of the goods need to be analyzed and collected from the customers.

After the goods are sold after-sale service forms a major part of the marketing activities so that the customer comes back to us and not our competitors.
