A pound is equal to 3,500 calories so if you have some sort or step tracker they usually tell you how many calories you burned and you can go off of that.

Answer:

Its different for everyone.

Explanation:

It all depends on ur metabolism, and how long each jog is. 3 pounds is a decent amount to plan for it normally takes me a few weeks to lose a pound and i jog everyday. You should ask your physician, she/he should know more about you and your body, they can also help you with a plan for exercise

When did it become mandatory to wear hard shell football helmets?
kondaur [170]

Answer:

1920s and 1930s,

Explanation:

it's worth reiterating that helmets were not mandatory. That wouldn't happen until 1943. During the 1920s and 1930s, variations of the leather helmet appeared, but in 1939, the game changed –or at least became safer– when John T. Riddel introduced the first plastic helmet

Issues of inequity and health are complex, and this makes them hard to solve. What would be one solution to limited healthcare o
lara31 [8.8K]

One of the solutions to limited healthcare as a result of limited facilities in rural areas would be to have standby ambulances for cases that cannot be handled.

Solutions to limited healthcare in rural areas

Available health facilities are limited in rural areas for a variety of reasons. Some of these could be:

 • Lack of manpower to handle equipment and facilities.
 • Lack of regular usage of facilities leading to their malfunctioning
 • The inequity of the government
 • Lack of access roads and general infrastructural facilities

One way to tackle this problem would be to refer cases that cannot be handled in the rural area to the nearest urban hospital and this can be achieved by providing standby ambulances to transfer patients.
