Identify at least three elements or principles of art that are present in the image below. Discuss how these three elements or p
liberstina [14]

Hi there!

There are 7 elements of art, and 8 principles of art. There are really a lot of different ways you can find them in this painting!

First, what stands out to me the most, and probably you as well, is the color. The different hues and intensities really make up this art work. With that being said- these colors are all cool toned, contributing to the interpretation of this painting. Most likely included to give a calming and/or soothing feel. Next, I would include form. Form is the element of 3D and volume. You can tell how this is used by the beams or pillars in the background of the art to give an enclosed type feel around the flowers. Last is harmony. This principle is arguably one of the most important. It allows each element/ principle to work smoothly together in order to achieve similarity and highlight accents.

Sorry this was so long, but hope it helped! :)

True or False: <br> Ancient civilization rarely made artwork with similar decorations?
Julli [10]
This would be false. In a culture, many things are done similarly. This would include the past. If you've ever seen Egyptian artwork, you would see that many things are similar.

I hope this helps!
