Phoebe Snetsinger had just returned from a trip when doctors diagnosed her with cancer. When she heard she had less then a year to live, she decided to spend her last year doing her favorite thing—watching birds. She soon traveled to some of earths most beautiful paradises and even though the trips were difficult, she kept going. A year came and she still lived, and she was healthy for another ten years until she was diagnosed with cancer again. She spotted 7,000+ species and then joined a group of bird watchers in Minneapolis. Sadly, when she was 68, she passed from a car accident. However, her hobby led her to loving much longer then expected.
