One place that sticks out in my memory is the pride parade. All the colors are bright and cheerful. You can go to be yourself and be proud of who you are, or you can go to support others and stand up for them. I go to be proud of who I am! It was amazing to meet and relate with tons of people. A pride parade, if you do not know, is a parade where members of the LGBTQ+ community and their allies show support. Rainbows shine everywhere outweighing the darkness, and that is what makes it so special.
