To determine the percent of a number do the following steps:
1 Multiply the number by the percent (e.g. 87 * 68 = 5916)
2 Divide the answer by 100 (Move decimal point two places to the left) (e.g. 5916/100 = 59.16)
3 Round to the desired precision (e.g. 59.16 rounded to the nearest whole number = 59)

I don’t believe this question truly applies to any of the candidates, but I would have to go with Andrew Jackson. Jackson won the popular vote and had the most total votes, but John Adams still won in electoral college. Therefore Jackson would be your answer because he received the most votes but failed to gain the majority of the electoral college.
Have a nice day.
It depends on the country. Some countries have respect for their enemies and would return bodies of fallen soldiers. Others would keep them as trophies. It completely depends on the country.
