How does this excerpt relate to what you know about the “Lost Generation”?
tekilochka [14]
If the Lost Generation you mean is the poem of Jonathan Reed. It means that we can reverse our future into something better or worse than we ever imagine. We can be a part of change in either for the betterment or destruction and it's up to us to choose. In the poem it is stated the way we live our lives whether we choose to be part of the lost generation or be part of the betterment and the hope for the future.
If it is Lost Generation that is described to young men who fought in world war one. It means that after the war these young men become directionless and disoriented. It may also means the men who died fighting in world war one.

What was the primary goal of the european explorers in the 1500s
Mariana [72]
During the 1500's Spain and Portugal were the two big countries exploring The New World ( Now North and South America). Important Explorers include Christopher Columbus, Vasco de Gama, Francisco Vasquez
There are three main reasons for their exploration it is referred to as the 3G's, which are Gold, God, and Glory. Gold referring to money and any treasure that could be found. God referring to the Missionaries that went and converted many Natives to Christians. Glory referring to any fame that could be obtained by the explorers. Another reason is in search for land. This encouraged Imperialism throughout the New World which was practiced by many European Nations

PLEASE PLEASE
luda_lava [24]

Answer:

The French Revolution.

Explanation:

This is my favorite Revolution due to it being an important time period for much of Europe. After assisting America in its infancy, the French revolted against their own government after it became too financially unstable, and bankrupt, to afford living wages for its citizens despite still affording finery for the upper-class. This sparked outrage, and a group of peasant-class petitioners, led by a Mister Robespierre, violently stormed the castle and rounded up the aristocrats to bring them to their inevitable demise.
