Answer:

Dude my friend's car got destroyed by a garbage truck

Explanation:

Ok so my friend and I were both chillin in the house playing on his ps4 when we here a loud bang coming from outside. We look outside and we see his Civic type R getting ran over by a garbage truck. We ran outside and we see the guy inside struggling to work the truck. We found out later that the fork in the front was malfunctioning. The truck was slowly moving forward and seconds later the whole back of the car was pushed in. It was like crumpling a piece of paper in your hands. Though he got his car back and everything was all good. Now every time we bring it up we laugh our a--- off. :)

Answer:

The funniest thing that happened to me (feel free to take)

Explanation:

I was about seven at the time. It was around the holidays and I was overly ecstatic. I made up songs, wrote stories, and even got my parents to take me caroling.

One morning in the middle of December, I woke up with the idea to have Christmas early... I sprung from my bed and told my parents they had overslept and it was time to open presents. They were skeptical, and they looked at their wooden alarm clock by their bed. 10:00 a.m. it read, they apologized and scurried down the stairs.

Now this is no story where I tell them they were pranked, they somehow didn't realize until the twenty-third. They were so confused. It was the funniest thing to see them so frantic, and to get presents early of course. We still joke about it to this day.

  • Consul - the title that belongs to an official appointed by a state to live in a foreign city and protect the state's citizens and interests there. In the past, this title existed in ancient Rome. Every year, two consuls were elected as rulers.
  • Result - a consequence, an outcome.
  • Insulin - a hormone produced by the pancreas. Its purpose is to regulate the amount of glucose (sugar) in the blood. When someone's pancreas doesn't produce enough insulin, they have a condition called diabetes and need to take insulin injections.

1. This is the central and most important idea of a reading passage.
vazorg [7]

Answer:

1. - G

2. - H

3. - B

4. - C

5. - A

6. - D

7. - F

8. - E

Explanation:

The central and the most important idea of reading the passage is the main idea of the work.

The perspective from which the story is narrated to us is the point of view through which the author highlights his message.

The reason for which a particular work is created is the author's purpose as a literary work always contains either an autobiographical element or social issue which he/she wishes to depict.

The relationship between two or more events in which the cause brings about the consequential effects either positive or negative.

Reading between the lines is the analysis of a particular work for better understanding and criticism.

The method of relating two or more objects is the comparison and contrast for better analysis.

The separation of a whole into parts is cited as Inference for better clarity of the events that occurred throughout the story.

To find as many relationships as possible within or between texts is the ability to connect the character's actions and the plot.
