Actually it will always depend on the commanders and type of battle that will commences. Also it will depend on the economic stature of the country and whether it could outwit the other countries in case of war of attrition. Each of the country has their own strength and weaknesses that can attribute to the victory and defeat of the country. How did laws created by Justinian and Theodora affect Christians?
Ugo [173]

Answer:

Christians received protection.

Explanation:

During the reign of Justinian 1 and his wife Theodora, he established the Code of Justinian—the Corpus Juris Civilis, which serves as a guiding principle to the people during the period.

In the code, it was affirmed that Christians should be given special treatment, because they worship God correctly, while pagans or non-christian should face hardship or suffering.

It was also reported that he gave more legal rights to women and children

Hence, in this case, the right answer "Christians received protection."
