I believe the answer is 66, because the full length of the side on the left is 13, if you subtract 13 by the 6 on the right, then you’ll have 7, then if you subtract 8 from 20 you’ll have 12. If you add 20+13+12+8+6+7 it equals 66

(4,?) is on the line 8x - 3y = -10. Find the other half o the coordinate
Charra [1.4K]
(4, ?) is on 8x - 3y = -10

The ? is the missing y coordinate.  (4, y) satisfies 8x - 3y = -10

8x - 3y = -10.      From point (4, y),  we would replace x = 4 in the equation below. y remains the unknown.

8*4 - 3y = -10

32 - 3y = -10

-3y = -10 - 32

-3y = - 42

y = -42/-3

y = 14

So the coordinate is (4, 14)

Kyle explained<br> that (-4x+9)
Leokris [45]

Kylie explained that (–4x + 9)2 will result in a difference of squares because (–4x + 9)2 = (–4x)2 + (9)2 = 16x2 + 81. Which statement best describes Kylie's explanation? Kylie is correct. Kylie correctly understood that it is a difference of squares, but she did not determine the product correctly.

11-1/2y=3+6x solve for y
juin [17]
11-\frac{1}{2} y=3+6x
Taking y to the other side;
11-3-6x=\frac{1}{2} y
8-6x=\frac{1}{2}y
Multiply each side by 2
16-12x=y
y=16-12x
