Answer is 139 degree

Angle 3 and 5 are the same.
Angle 3=9x+14
Angle 5=14x-1
9x+14=14x-1
9x-14x= -1-14
-5x= -15 multiply by -1
5x=15
x=15/5
x=3

Angle 3+Angle 8=180 degree
Angle 3=9x+14
Angle 3= 9•3+14
Angle 3=27+14
Angle 3=41 degree

41+ Angle 8=180
Angle 8= 180-41
Angle 8.=139 degree

Good luck

Somebody help me with this ASAP!!!! IT'S DUE TOMORROW!! Btw the question is: The figures in each pair have the same perimeter. F
N76 [4]
So if the perimeters are equal then you know
   Rectangle                   Triangle
x + x + x + 4 + x + 4 =  x + x + 9 + x + 5

which becomes

   4x + 8 = 3x + 14

now you can solve the equation for x, then find the perimeters

11, 14, 17,...<br> Find the 42nd term.
Ainat [17]

Answer:

134

Step-by-step explanation:

This sequence is arithmetic because it's going up by sane number, 3. Hence, it also linear for the same reason. The equation is y=3x+(0th term). The 0th term is the one before the 1st term, 11, which would be 8.

So the equation to finc any xth term is y=3x+8.

Example, first term is 3(1)+8=11.

Example, second term is 3(2)+8=14.

Example, third term is 3(3)+8=17.

The 42nd term is 3(42)+8=126+8=134.

A student solved this problem and said the answer was 2 1 1/2 miles.
Cloud [144]
So do (21/2+49/4)-3/2=You get 21 1/4 miles
Since 21 1/4 is close to 21 1/2,  this answer is reasonable.  So A is the answer
