Answer: C. German and Ottoman

Explanation:  France wasn't eliminated because they were on Allied Powers, so that removes D. Austria-Hungary weren't really eliminated they just split into 2 separate countries which takes out A and B. So that means C is correct and because Germany and the Ottomans were on the Central Powers.

Answer:

Austria-hungary, Russian, but also the ottoman, those all failed after WW1, so either could be correct, however one may have been due to effects whereas the other could have been directly due to the war
