Kenya's constitution, approved in 2010, did all of the following except D. REQUIRE ALL ELECTED OFFICIALS TO BELONG TO THE SAME POLITICAL PARTY.
Since officials are elected through peoples' votes, it is highly improbable that all elected officials belong to the same political party unless no other political party is running against them.
It happens because the consuming is higher than the water drop rate, or even because there are too many people in a zone where there is not enough fresh water.
