Warhol used strong and unusual colors in his art work to create different moods. In August 1962, he decided to create a process called silk-screening. Silk-screening is a stencil process in which colored matter is forced onto the material to be printed through the meshes of a silk or organdy screen. This results in the same image coming out just slightly different each time.
In the Lord of the Rings, to make Elijah Wood (Frodo) look smaller, they made him stand/sit in a way where he is farther away, but you can't tell he's farther away because it is an illusion.
