It's meant to give off an ominous feeling, or like someone is doing something wrong. The dark colors and lurking actors give it more of a creepy, dark, and ominous feel.

in my opinion, teamwork is not that important, as some people will waste time talking to there team about other things. but if someone is working by them selves there is a higher chance of them finishing something
