Answer:

According to the article, the barriers to exercising are classify as excuses because of the following reasons. First excuse is I do not have time; this is a lame excuse because everybody has the time, and it is just up to us on how we can maximize our time. One can do brisk walking after sending the kids at school instead of driving when the school is just on the next neighborhood or just use the stairs when going to the office instead of using elevator.

Another excuse is I am not motivated or interested. Keep in mind that your health is a priority, so invite your family and friends for a fun physical activity like biking or swimming and have a great bonding with them.

Moreover, you can exercise even at home without spending much, just follow some exercises online and your good to be in shape and if it is too hot or cold to go outside, then find a place indoor to do simple exercise like stretching or jog in place.

With these excuses, one can say that the ultimate barrier is just your own self; have the willingness and determination to be healthy and you are good to go exercising!
