Lindsay is writing a persuasive paper on the use of calculators on exams. Which sentence, if added to her paper, would best supp

ort her claim that calculators should be allowed for use during exams? Calculators provide students with confidence when taking their exams. Calculators do not allow teachers to adequately assess whether their students know the material that was presented on the exam. Although useful, calculators do not support students' ability to retain vital mathematical information. Most would agree that calculators inhibit students' ability to perform simple mathematical skills.

List two devies of repetition in song of slves in the dessert .give examples and explain why whittier used these devices
Simora [160]
Whittier used "We" and "Thou" as forms of repetition in his song of slaves in the desert.

We: He used we as to show that basically slaves WERE NOT alone in this at all. In a way at that time, every single slave was connected with each other no matter what.

Thou: From what i have seen, Whittier is using "Thou" to refer to God. For example: "We are fools, but Thou art wise"

For the devices, he's using Anaphora for "Thou" and maybe Conduplicatio for "We".
