Answer:

A high pressure system works downwards and brings with it good weather, while a low pressure system works upwards and brings bad weather. Due to the Earth’s rotation and friction on its surface, air currents are formed. When these currents move clockwise and out of the center, a space is formed at the center. The land quickly loses its heat whiles the water retains its warmth. That means the air over the water is warmer, less dense, and begins to rise. Low pressure is created over the water. Cold and dense air over the land begins to move to the water surface to replace the warmer rising air. The cool breeze from the land is called a land breeze.

There is no sure way to know what would be the color of a mother dog's puppies will be grounded on the color of her coat. Also, the color of the father dog's coat cannot be a way to conclude the color of a puppy's fur also. It has to do with genetics. Genetics of both of the parents. You can't tell a dogs genetics just from the looks or the color of their fur.
