You can chose any of these since they’re probably the most affecting crimes: littering, murder, violence robbery, burglary, or assault. Littering causes many problems in the world and it can ruin the quality of many things like air and water sources. Murder is able to change many things in a society, especially if it gets spoken about a lot. It can really affect people and their emotions. Violence robbery can affect peoples business and their health. This can affect society because the business won’t be viewed as safe anymore. Burglary is a serious crime and it makes people feel less safe, especially when it’s out in a public place. It can affect people’s view on safety. Assault can really drain someone out and once again, people won’t feel super safe, especially if they were the victim. It can really make people feel unsafe out in public areas.

grandymaker [24]

Answer:

Yes, against Sally only.

Explanation:

With the information given in the question, Ann´s lawsuit will not proceed after Donny´s defendant raise the defenses of limitations.

A statute of limitations looks to set a maximum time after which an event could be legally imported and a lawsuit against it will pass.

A statute of repose limits the time that an action could be brought back because of a particular event.

The bad things that happened to Ann were in 2018 so, for the car accident she had until 2020 to initiate a lawsuit.

On the other hand, the statute of repose began to run once the affected notice the problem that the particular event, in this case, the negligence from Sally, is caused. Ann noticed the pain on her elbow in 2020 so she had until 2030 to initiate a lawsuit.
