Women when compared to men are known to be more effective leaders. This is because they always try to initiate structure more. They also more involved in seeking subordinates' input into decisions.
However the men due to their domineering nature aren’t really involved in seeking decisions. They are also known to be harsher when punishing workers and are less participative when compared to the women.
