If you want to increase how your calisthenics limit then you should gradually add more. So if you can only do 20 squats without feeling a strain on your legs then work your way up to 25 then to 30. That is the best way to do it, or you can make a goal to do 50 squats a day and do 10 squats sets throughout the day.
