Explanation:

Personification is used to give life to non-sentient objects. Words are not sentient and cannot move, so when the passage says, "her words seem to dance across the page", that is personification. Because words cannot dance as they are simply words. Neither imagery, allusion or metaphors were used either. So that only leaves personification.
