The correct answer is B; The American Israel Public Affairs Committee.

Further Explanation:

The American Israel Public Affairs Committee is also known as "AIPAC." The members of AIPAC has the notoriety for having the most influence on foreign policy-making than any other interest group in the United States.

United States and Israel has special relationship that began right after the end of World War 2. The interest group AIPAC has stated they can guarantee the relationship will continue to grow.

AIPAC is the most prominent interest group in foreign affairs in America. They are known to lobby for their cause more than any other group.

Also, the American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations supports workers all over the world and also lobbies for workers rights and welfare in Washington. They do not really have an impact on any foreign policy like the AIPAC does.

in the state of Minnesota, Jude Flaw appears in court as plaintiff. The defendant charges that Mr. Flaw failed to complete plumb
Dovator [93]
Hello,
Upon reading, it seems the question is asking what the charge would be, in this case it would have to be C, civil court as breach of contract. The plaintiff didn't abide by the contract(if there was one), and the charges are his defense against the breach of contract charge. He was there to do a job and never completed it. The only problem with this is, we do not know if the plaintiff signed a contract with the defendant or not. [ If he did then it all depends on what the contract said and if he met those goals.] Most likely however this would appear in a civil court as a breach of contract.
